• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Customized or embroidered products
• Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
• Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping

2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refund Process

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Option

If you prefer, we also offer exchanges for size or product issues within the same 15-day window.
